A$300 per year.

Can I cancel my membership?

I don't own a taxi — can I join?

Yes, you may be eligible for limited services depending on your circumstances, though not all services may be available.

I'm not full-time — can I join?

Yes. Full fees apply, and access to certain benefits may depend on your performance and usage.

Can I use only some facilities?

Benefits & Payments

What are the terms of income protection?

If a member is hospitalised or medically unable to work after an accident, limited income support may be available, subject to medical evidence and eligibility.

How does the 2% holiday payment work?

Eligible members get 2% of qualifying net transactions (Jan–Dec) through the terminal — e.g. $50,000 in transactions = $1,000 payment, paid around 15 January.

How does the superannuation benefit work?

We may run campaigns to generate revenue supporting members' self-funded super, and help set up arrangements through professional support.

What if my taxi breaks down or crashes?

We may assist eligible members with a backup taxi regardless of fault, subject to availability — rental fees apply.

Do I get referral benefits for new members?

Not currently. We may introduce rewards for members as we grow.

Support & Future

What if my network provider won't allow a campaign?

Contact us to discuss it — we'll do our best to find a solution so members don't miss out.

What support do I get after joining?

Guidance through the membership process — terminal setup, transitioning insurance, income-loss documentation and super arrangements.

Will there be more services in future?

We're continuously improving — your questions, suggestions and ideas help shape what comes next.

Important: don't return your existing terminal until you've received our replacement, and don't cancel your current vehicle insurance until your new cover is confirmed and the certificate received.
