Your information helps provide and administer services, develop new products, respond to enquiries, seek feedback — and may be sought for legal reasons.
Not shared beyond its purpose
Information isn’t used for a secondary purpose unless it’s needed to prevent serious harm, relates to a suspected unlawful act, or is required for law enforcement — each use is recorded in writing.
Relevant to the relationship
POPTAXI only seeks personal information that’s relevant to its business relationship with you — nothing more.
Accurate and up to date
Reasonable steps are taken to make sure the personal information collected, used or disclosed stays accurate, complete and current.
Protected, then destroyed
Information is safeguarded from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and permanently destroyed once no longer needed. It’s unlikely to be disclosed to overseas recipients.
